The left light flashing indicates a memory card error.
Please follow the steps below to check the memory card.
- Ensure you use a standard SD memory card (up to 128 GB).
- Format the SD card before using it:
13MP Camera: exFAT
16MP Camera : WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – MS DOS FAT
18MP Camera : WINDOWS – FAT32 / MAC OS – MS DOS FAT
- Remove the SD and re-insert, push the SD card to the end of the slot.
- Try another SD card that’ under 128GB, ensure you unlock the SD card and format it before use.
- When using a WiFi SD card, please connect to a USB power source to read the WiFi SD card wirelessly.

The right light flashing indicates a battery error.
Please follow the steps below to check or replace the batteries.
- Replace the batteries with new ones.
- When using rechargeable batteries, just connect the camera to a USB plug / Power bank with the USB cable to charge. The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging
is complete.
按下快門後沒有回應？
- 取下相機的電池。
- 使用原廠USB傳輸線將相機連接到行動電源或USB插頭（請勿使用電腦或筆記型電腦將導致電壓不足無法拍攝）。
- 確保電源已打開並將色彩濾鏡設置為第一模式。
- 按下快門按鈕進行測試拍照。
- 連接到個人電腦或筆記型電腦檢查照片狀況。

拍照後照片沒有儲存在SD卡上？
１.使用前請格式化SD卡：
- 13MP相機（最多32GB）：FAT32格式
- 16MP相機（最多64GB）：WINDOWS - FAT32格式 / MAC OS - exFAT格式
- 18MP相機（最多128GB）：WINDOWS - FAT32格式 / MAC OS - exFAT格式
在使用前檢查：
1.確認Micro SD卡已插入轉接卡並處於解鎖狀態。
請依照以下流程格式化SD卡：
- MAC OS -
1.點擊「硬碟工具程式」
2.選擇您的SD卡或硬碟，然後按下「清除」按鈕。
3.選擇格式為MS-DOS（FAT32）
4.確認後，按下「清除」按鈕。
- Windows OS -
1.右鍵點擊您的記憶卡或硬碟。
2.選擇Fat32 (Default)格式。
3.按“OK”以清除SD卡上的所有數據。
２.更換為新電池或確保充電電池能正常充電。
當使用可充電電池時，只需將相機連接到USB插頭/行動電源，
使用USB線進行充電。側邊的綠色LED將在充電時亮起，充電完成後會熄滅。
照片全黑色或損壞的照片文件？
- Replace the batteries with new ones.

相機無法充電？
- Make sure you are using rechargeable batteries. You can only charge the camera with rechargeable batteries.
- Use a USB plug or power bank (Output higher than 1.0 A ) for charging.
- Do not connect to PC/Laptop for charging.
- Use a different USB cable and test if it can charge properly.
- The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging is complete.
- There is still capacity fading of the rechargeable batteries, you still need to replace them with the new ones if the batteries are worn out.
